FAQ 2: Do I have to arrive on time on the schedule of my booking?

Arrival on time for the scheduled booking is a MUST. This is to respect the time allotted for you by our partner clinics and to make sure everything is well-coordinated.

FAQ 3: Can I reschedule my booking?

Yes! By signing up in Bookuna, you can review your bookings and reschedule it to your most convenient time.

FAQ 4: How will the clinic identify me as the person who booked the service through Bookuna?

By showing our trusted partner clinics your confirmation e-mail, they will be able to identify you as a person who booked through Bookuna.

FAQ 5: How can I contact my clinic to make sure schedules are not cancelled?

Rest assured, Moms and Dads, that schedules in clinics are not canceled unless due to Force Majeure or other reasons that are beyond the control of our trusted partners. In case clinics cancel your schedule, the Bookuna team will promptly inform you of the cancelled schedule.

FAQ 6: I missed my schedule can I rebook again?

Missing the scheduled booking causes inconvenience to our trusted partner clinics. You may book another schedule again but missing schedules twice can ban you from the usage of Bookuna booking services.
