Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms", "Terms of Use") carefully before using the https://www.BookUna.org website operated by CP Health Innovations Inc. ("us", "we", or "our",”Company”).

Your access to and use of the Booking platform for reserving vaccination slots in clinics (“Service”, “Bookuna”) is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. The Service’s Terms of Use follows the Wix Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.

By booking through our platform you verify that you voluntarily registered to the Service without coercion or any forms of intimidation or compulsion from anyone and have submitted all the needed information for the Service with your full consent and understanding of the contents of the website. By continuing through the service, you authenticate that you are at least of legal age and/or possess the legal right as a parent or guardian for a minor that you represent to register for the Service.

Bookings

You understand that to book any product or service made available through the Service, you may or will be asked to supply certain information relevant to your booking including, without limitation, to your contact number, e-mail address, needed vaccine for booking, time of preference of clinic visit, address, and name.

You acknowledge that the Service provided to you by the Company is only limited to the reservation of the schedule on receiving the desired service from the partner clinic. By booking through the platform, you hold the Company harmless from any forms of liabilities that may arise in the assistance of our third-party partner health facilities. By using the booking platform (“Service”), you understand that the vaccines, services offered and delivered in person by the partner clinic, and other transactions conducted in person by partner clinics are not within the scope of Service provided by the Company. You agree that you hold the Company, its employees, officers, contributors, volunteers, stockholders, and co-founders, without obligation to any form of claims for damages whether direct or indirect, related or consequential to the Service.

Terms

You agree to respect any copyright, trademark, and intellectual products made by the Company. You understand that the use of the Service is limited to personal non-commercial purposes and that it should not infringe the Company’s rights to the Service provided. You understand that any forms of reproduction, publication, and reproduction of the Company’s intellectual property without written consent of the owner is liable for prosecution under the fullest extent of the law of the Republic of the Philippines.

Company Service and Partner Clinics

You acknowledge that the displayed partner clinics in the Service independently registered and willingly submitted details of service to patients for publication and for booking by patients. You understand that Bookuna is plainly a website that allows people to view collectively the services and schedule of availability of clinics. You accept that the Company Service is only limited to the reservation of the schedule on receiving the desired service from the partner clinic. By booking through the platform, you hold the Company harmless from any forms of liabilities that may arise in the transactions or services delivered by third-party partner clinics. You recognize that the Company and partner clinics are not always available for any urgent needs that can be due to direct or indirect, accidental or consequential, events related to the Service. If in such a case, you see an urgent need arise, consult an emergency to a hospital or available health facility.

By using Bookuna (“Service”), you understand that the vaccines, services offered and delivered in person by the partner clinic, and other transactions conducted in person by partner clinics are not within the scope of Service provided by the Company. You agree that you hold the Company, its employees, officers, contributors, volunteers, stockholders, and co-founders, without obligation to any form of claims for damages whether direct or indirect, related or consequential to the Service.

You accept that the Company and its partner clinics reserve the right to deny you Service in case of events that include but are not limited to, on the grounds of misuse of the Service, breach on the terms of use of the Service, cases that are considered hazards on the health of personnel, and other reasons that are not presented in this agreement based on judgment by the members and staff of partner clinics.

You fully comprehend that the Service is meant for informational purposes only and is not meant to serve as exact directions of availability on time and locations of vaccination clinics in the displayed details in the Service. You accept that any details but not limited to time of availability of clinics, locations of clinics, contact details, and prices, as posted in the Service may change without prior notice and that it shall only be used for personal, and non-commercial purposes.

You acknowledge that you do not hold the Company, its owners, officers, employees, and affiliates, accountable for any discrepancies on the expected Service and to any claims from damage, direct or indirect, random or consequential to the Service provided.

Link to other websites

The Company’s Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by the Company.

The Company has no control over and assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that the Company and its partner clinics shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such services.

Termination

You fully comprehend and accept that the Company may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
