Bookuna does not claim any form of ownership to the vaccine assessment tool. Bookuna shares this freely available knowledge to the public to increase vaccine awareness for the betterment of health of the society.

The information in the digital baby book is provided based on the vaccination service bookings done on the Bookuna platform and does not constitute the full vaccination history of the user.

The information in the vaccine assessment tool provided by the United States Centers for Diseases Control and Prevention (CDC) may only indicate vaccines that are recommended for the patient. It is best that a patient consults a doctor for eligibility to the vaccines recommended from the vaccine assessment tool. The answers from the assessment may also be processed by servers outside the Republic of the Philippines, thus, a patient must understand that any data submitted on this tool are outside Bookuna.
